* Maintenance of the common areas. The annual fee is 9 euros per sq. m . of the living area (VAT incl.) and covers the following:
- Maintenance of the green areas in the complex
- Current maintenance of the common areas of the building and the complex

* Maintenance of the apartment. The annual fee is 250 euros for one-bedroom apartment and 300 euros for a two-bedroom apartment and covers the following:
o Visiting and inspection of the property once a week
o Monthly report
o Two basic annual cleanings
o Organization and payment of all expenses relating to the property such as bills for electricity and water supply, cable TV, Internet etc. on your behalf and at your expense
o Organization and payment of the annual property tax and waste collection fees
* Property management and renting out. The annual fee is 230 euros for one-bedroom apartment and 250 euros for a two-bedroom apartment and a commission of 20 % of the incomes of renting out as well and covers the following:
o Assured occupancy rate – marketing the property to tour operators and travel agencies
o Advertising of the property in view attracting suitable tenants
o Organization of the issue of any categorization papers, licenses required by the law for the rent of the property
o Management of reservations and payments, check-in and reception services
o Registration of the tenants and payment of tourist taxes
o Daily cleaning and maintenance of the apartment, when the apartment is occupied by tourists, change and laundry of linen and towels
o Weekly visiting of the property ( when it’s not occupied ), monthly report
o Payment of current bills, local taxes and fees on your behalf and at your expense

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW ABOUT KAVARNA
The beautiful town of Kavarna is situated on a rocky plateau over the sea shore of Dobroudzha and is connected with the sea through a forest fault romantically named the Valley of the Yellow-hammers.
It has very good infrastructure and well-developed service facilities. There are many sightseeing to be visited, a good fishing base and the mineral springs, the beautiful bays, the calm crystal sea and the fabulous beaches that spread their sandy strip over 74 000 sq.m attract lots of tourists from Bulgaria and all over Europe.
Kavarna is also known as the new Bulgarian Mecca of the rock music as more than 20 world-famous rock bands have already played here. Another place not to be missed is the beautiful cape of Kaliakra which cuts into the sea with a two-kilometre long wedge and closes a huge horseshoe-shaped bay. The "Kaliakra" Natural Reserve was announced in 1960 and it currently has an area of 687.5 dca with wild steppes and impressive coastal cliffs, some up to 70 m high. The flora numbers over 400 species. 47 of them are rare and threatened with extinction. Kaliakra is among the few places in Europe where the rose-colored starling, the black wheatear, the stone curlew, the Isabelline wheatear, the shag and the Alpine swift nest.
